​On Thursday, September 17, 2015, the team at Golden Rule Resources attended the ICSC convention in San Diego, CA for the annual Western Deal Making Conference. Golden Rule Resources took this opportunity to negotiate face-to-face with landlords and national retailers. The process of negotiation is professional and formal; we had approximately 20 meetings scheduled with people. Throughout the two day period of the convention, our appointments with leasing representatives from corporations, such as: Westfield, SIMON, Macerich, and GGP, was productive and ready to make deals!
